I'd say,depends on what your expectations from the program itself are and how would you like to be defined as an architect in the time to come. Different schools are offering different ways of approaching architecture,so that's why it's important for you to know how would you like to be shaped. For example,some schools are orientated to the technical aspect more then on the artistic and so on.
To be precise on the topic,for me the best is the Milanese school of Architecture,and I've got the impression is the world's most renown of it's kind.
