actually theres nuthin called dumb cuz everythin built is according to human preference, minds and thoughts of ppl vary, as urs vary from mine. so each and evrythn u and i consider as dumb is actually a masterpiece of sumone sumwer in this universe.
bt more practically speaking, the dumbest building on earth is a building designed by the person without a satisfaction and case of time constraint.
