To have a job is good but working under a pathetic boss that will be shouting at you is another thing to consider in a working environment because that type of boss can make you loose focus entirely unless you act fast.
Great Question Alaka. I think the best way to deal with that type of situation is to look for other possible alternatives. For instance, if I really didn't like my working environment, I would try to find something else, and use all my frustration in finding a better situation. You might also try reaching out to your boss, and telling them about your struggles and that their behavior is making you a less productive employee. Hope that helps, good luck!
Depends on why the yells come your direction.U could be provoking your boss into yelling at you or your boss could just be an ass.
If i were to be in such a position i think i'd just quit. There small things that bring happiness at the work place............like the boss being your friend, seeking your opinion in a discussion, appreciating what u do, having a discussion on anything and not necesarily related to work....like the world cup for example............etc etc.
Your experiences at the workplace are normally carried home and and unknowingly you might end up hurting your family which is the most valued and sacred institution......
Wow!!! you really drop it like its hot.......it is true a boss have to be your friend if otherwise then you have to look for somewhere else so the you can concentrate/focus on your work, and you can only do that when you have peace of mind...
From my point of view, a boss who dictates and does not know how to communicate with his staff or his clients, would be a very narrow minded and uninvolving so called creative person. If you should get an oppurtunity, try and look for a new job. A yelling boss would mostly not be be an understanding person. Unless of course you are not meeting time targets often.
well...you can try to talk to him. discuss about this matter to him. if your boss can cooperate than you can continue your job at that company. if not, try to find another company to work with.
