How to draw Curvy design in 3D?
I am currently on my final project and my design is curvy and with ramps. But before this I havent got exposure to curvy 3D drawing with sketch up.
I watched youtube's tutorial but still dont really know how to do it. Any advice?

try other programs beside sketch up. try 3ds max or cinema 4d or rhino or blender. try also autocad/revit and archicad. look for some toturials in youtube. its not hard to do curves in 3d.
