suggestions of BOOKS about architecture

Can anyone suggest some books for me to study on about Architecture and some design process and structural details?

I'm an student here in Philippines in De La Salle

Great post Jozef. Since there are so many, and I'm sure others will have great books to suggest, I'll name two that I think are essential. A good general book about architecture is "Translations from Drawing to Building" by Robin Evans. A great process book is Frank Ching's "Form Space & Order". A personal favorite of mine is a book called "Artificial Light" by Keith Mitnick. Good Luck!
