what if m working with the concept of sound waves i.e. variation and i want to add minimalism style in it?

 

its like giving the floor andd roof levels..will it still remain minimalist style???

Minimalism isn't so much a style as it is a paradigm or mode of working. I think you need to look at some minimalist architects and their work to understand where the minimalist ideas and motives came from, as well as what issues were prevalent when their ideas came about. The simple answer to your question is that yes, you can design as a minimalist using whatever concept you please, but to try and retrofit a design to conform to minimalism would be counter productive. Here's a list of minimalist architects that might help you to understand the concept a bit better.
