Hi Tyson

Thanks for suggesting that question . Each city has its own beauty and identity , there are alot of cities wish to visit oneday to discover the beauty of each of it.
Beirut -Lebanon( Middle East) , is one of my favorite cities due to its diversity whether religiously , politically , architectural , and even in urban( complex city). Beirut had been destroyed several times in its long history however regained its power , beauty & charm ... Everytime I visit Lebanon , I get amazed of the natural and cultural heritage.
As Angus Gavin said: "In spite of the destruction it experienced during the war and its resulting loss of regional influence, Beirut remains a fascinating place of contrasts , complexity, and cultural depth compared with many of its neighbours".

Hi Sarah,
I was scrolling down, when i saw the picture and said OMG someone favorited Beirut on the first page, nice!, And then i read what u wrote and its so charming, Beirut is really a great place to be, I live there :) ,.but what i realized is that we never favorite the city we live in, we always favorite the city we visit for vacation,..thats why i will post my favorite city alone.

That's a great picture Sarah. I've never been to Beirut, but it looks beautiful. Seems to have aspects of many different architectural styles. I'll definitely put it on my list. Thanks.

I have no one. But at the moment I love Rio (the sea and all). Brasília ( Niemeyer architecture) and Salvador (the sea and colonial architecture). These cities are in my life, always.

Hello,
its really awkward for me to pick a city, cause someone favored my home city, which i think is awesome,
to me nothing tops PARIS, i visited it last year and they had to drag me back to the airport, i loved it, i would choose to live there forever, and its not all about the architecture, its about the charm, and the city lights, and the river, and the Notre Dame, and La Defance, and La grand Palais, and Mont Martre, and Saint Michel, and Saint Germain ,......., and the Catacombre ( if u never seen the catacombre , u never seen nothing )................ I wanna go there :(
