Does Construction management and achitecture have closed relation....?

Yes Suman, they are related and i believe you can join MSc construction in most of the universities unless otherwise stated by the school.Do more reading on construction management starting @   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Construction_manager      and find other sources in blogs and books
