What are those skills and practices required by one to be a world class construction manager??? also references or any books one can consult to better his abilities in this aspect will be appreciated.

Construction Management is a vast field.  If any one is interested to become world class construction manager, he needs at least MSc degree from some good university of the world and then experience of minimum fifteen years, it can be less or more depending on the personal capability.
