Another stunning design for the New Taipei City Museum of Art is entitled “Inside the Cloud” by Design Initiatives.  The aim of the architecture practice’s proposal was to find and then materialize the essence of art.   The site’s surrounding park has been left largely untouched, and has been incorporated into the design as a covered courtyard with a sculpture exhibit sheltered by the museum.  T…
