- I am a sr. project architect for a large sports architecture firm, and work mainly on small ballparks for both minor leagues and major league spring training facilities. I enjoy working on these project from schematic design all the way through construction administration. A small ballpark project is still very complex and you get to work with a number of owners, users, tenants, consultants, cities, as well as travel quite abit. And once the park is open you always get immediate feedback from all the ballpark review websites.
