At 7, doing pastoral construction, a foreman at 19, I have over 27+ yrs working in the construction field, with effaces in Post-tension, Pretension, and Pre-cast, Commercial, Residential, Industrial. With no prior educational background, attended college at age 31 walked away with a 3.8 GPA in a Mechanical Engineer “CAD Drafters” Certificate in June of 2000, a 3.2 GPA when I received my A.A.S. Degree in Architectural Engineering in 2002, with effuses in business, business law, life studies in contract laws, international relations, natural disasters.
