Sumika Pavilion

Instant Ruins on the Coast of Spain





Because of possible infractions of Coastal Law, the Relaxation Park in Torrevieja, Spain has been abandoned and is falling into ruin. Designed by Japanese architect Toyo Ito, three buildings were planned, but only this one was finished in 2006. It was initially supposed to become a spa, but has been ignored for the last several years.…
