The bridge for the Meixi Lake District in Changsha, China is more than just a connection from one point to another.  It is the key and iconic project for the development of the public space along the Dragon King Harbor River.  The design by NEXT Architects is based on the both the famous Möbius ring, and a Chinese know from ancient decorative folk art.  It spans 185 meters across and stretches 22 meters high, and connects a diversity of routes at differing heights.  The bridge provides views of the city, the surrounding mountains, and both Dragon King Harbor River and Meixi Lake.
