Media is so fully integrated into our lives that it doesn't seem very surprising that it would be featured in architecture as well. This riveting design by Diller Scofidio + Renfro makes you realize how much our everyday activities and interactions involve different types of media. This is very intriguing from the standpoint that architecture must have been among the first inventions to transform social interaction. Merge architecture with a more modern transformative medium like pervasive media and you're left with quite the dichotomy of spatial transformation. In any case, a beautiful and fresh look at something old combined with something new.
