Work on Square with Four Circles
began at night with the use of a large format, high intensity projector, which Varini projected onto the darkened site. He and his team then outlined the shape, and the painting was completed in less that two weeks.
The piece will be on display in New Haven, Connecticut through June 2011. During that time, Site Projects Inc. will offer a series of programs that connect art
, mathematics and technology to the ideas in Varini's art.
