The Swietokrzyska Tower was recently designed by the Poland-based architecture firm OneByNine studio. Meant to stand in the heart of Warsaw, the building's shape is based on a notched trapezoidal outline that thrusts upward. The building's spiral is a reaction to the heat and glare of the sun as it arcs daily through the sky. The 49 floors each shift clockwise as they rise 208 meters upward, pulling away from the south and west.
