On a busy, noisy street in London sits the Rainbow House, a playful oasis from the seriousness of its surroundings.  Inside, the Rainbow House has a circular bed that rotates to look out any window from the master bedroom.  In the floor is a trap door that opens to reveal a slide into the living room below.  Once there, the space is partially filled by a 12x8 meter sofa for sitting, sleeping or playing.  A central rainbow-hued spiral staircase unites the home’s elements, with its hues spreading across to influence the colors of each floor.  This fun-filled home is the creation of London-based firm Ab Rogers Design in collaboration with DA Studio.

May I just mention how much I love and want this home?  It’s my childhood dream-come-true!
