Undercover Resort

"Galije" is an exclusive luxury resort with an Aston Martin hotel. It will sit on an untouched parcel of coastline, roughly two kilometers from the Sveti Stefan peninsula. Created by MVRDV for DC Invest and Petar Petrovic, the goal of the design was to combine iconic exclusivity with responsible sustainability.

The 11,900 square meter first phase of the building will include 115 apartments. By the time the 33,100 square meter fifth phase is completed, there will be well over 200 apartments/villas, 87 hotel rooms, a restaurant, a pool, 500 square meters of retail, and a 15,200 square meter parking lot.
